About the Role
As the establishment continues its strategic expansion across the Middle East over the coming 12 to 18 months, it’s looking for a dynamic office fellow/personal assistant (PA) to join their expanding Riyadh office. This is a fantastic occasion to be part of a world-class platoon that delivers high-level support in a presto-paced, professional terrain. The successful seeker will be responsible for managing original executive functions, overseeing day-to-day office operations, and furnishing first-class Dad support to elderly attorneys, all while supporting the Middle East Operations Manager on a variety of systems.
Star Duties
- Manage all governmental and nonsupervisory scores, similar as:
- Saudi Bar enrollments
- GOSI
- QIWA
- MUDAD
- Muqeem
- Absher
- Visa renewals
- Offer solicitors full-service Dad support, similar as professional operation or journal keeping.
- Work together with:
- Merchandisers
- The GRO
- The landlord
- Outside service providers
- Oversee:
- IT supplies
- Vehicle conservation
- Accession of office and closet inventories
- Encourage:
- BD events
- ESG reporting
- Original onboarding and offboarding
- Office sustainability systems
- Keep up-to-date customer and legal documents records
- Serve as a liaison for original business service directors
- Help with restatement requirements
- Keep an eye on health and safety and business durability pitfalls, venting enterprises as demanded

Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Presently grounded in Riyadh
- Retain a transmittable Iqama
- At least three years of experience in a similar position in a professional services setting or transnational law establishment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship operation chops
- Proven capability to prioritise tasks, handle pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A comprehensive understanding of Saudi legal fabrics and nonsupervisory gateways
Salary
- Yearly payment range SAR 30,000 to SAR 32,000, including fixed gratuities
