The team, which has a regional center in Dubai, manages operations all over the Middle East with a particular prominence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

  • Reaching sales and profit goals on a monthly and yearly basis in the designated markets.
  • Spreading and executing ordered sales plans, with a clear focus on growth in KSA.
  • Maintaining and enlarging a strong network of decision-makers in the industry, from procurement teams to general management.
  • Working closely with central teams and distributors to deliver pertinent, customised product solutions.
  • Supervising regular physical and online meetings with clients and team members.
  • Representing the business at industry events and trade exhibitions across the region.
  • Providing ongoing market judgement to inform strategy and product positioning.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least ten years of successful business to business sales encounters in the hospitality sector, with a focus on providing operational or guest-facing products like linens, in-room amenities, slippers, bathroom accessories, minibar items, furniture, and other similar items that increase the overall visitor experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain considerable customer relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and demonstration skills are required, along with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience engaging with both regional hotel chains and worldwide hospitality groups.
  • Self-motivated and assembled, with a resourceful, solution-oriented approach to sales.
  • Prepared and able to travel frequently to KSA.
  • Bachelor’s in business and marketing.
