As a Genius Admin, you\u2019re a service coordinator for all customer repairs, whether it\u2019s a quick repair or a more involved procedure, and you manage customer expectations. Additionally, you coordinate an efficient repair workflow and organize the Repair Room, helping our Genius Bar team provide world-class service for our customers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Description<\/h3>\n

Plan and coordinate all end-to-end operational activities supporting the completion of repairs, including managing and tracking inventory and orders in partnership with the Operations team.<\/p>\n

Assist with customer service issues, including the customer repair intake process, support in finding appropriate solutions, and managing the customer pickup process for all completed repairs.<\/p>\n

Provide peer feedback based on observations on the floor and in the repair room<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Recognize the procedures used to identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues with each of our products.<\/p>\n

Provide excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting product and service recommendations, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy.<\/p>\n

Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.<\/p>\n

You can contribute to the development of an all-around environment by acknowledging each other’s individuality and remaining receptive to new knowledge.<\/p>\n

Demonstrate Apple\u2019s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/h3>\n

You should:<\/strong>
\nBe available to work a schedule depending on company needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays at the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in compliance with local laws and subject to any allowed concessions.<\/p>\n

Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\nYou can:<\/strong>
\nEffectively communicate and adjust your style to suit various audiences.
\nThrough autonomous and collaborative planning, organization, and prioritization, coordinate several tasks to achieve a goal.
\nBe motivated and have an action-oriented mindset to act in the best interests of Apple and the client, frequently foreseeing problems and offering potential fixes.<\/p>\n

Be curious and open to learning from others and helping each other grow.
\nExhibit pertinent technical knowledge of Apple services and products.
\nWork in a high-paced setting and make judgments fast, sometimes under pressure and with short notice.
\nUse your prior experience of effectively collaborating with others in a team setting to show that you share ownership and responsibility.
